Goldrush "Don't Bring Me Down" album is a great release. This band had radio friendly tracks during 2002/2003 time, i bought their singles and they should've been top. 40 hits but they were just one of those who never broke through.... shame this page, Nice british band during the past decade.... shame this page is going to be invaded by dubstep now.

I'm trying to fix this profile. I deleted the info for the "other Goldrush". Let's keep this strictly for the LA electronic music producer. I uploaded a new picture from his set at Coachella as well. Idk how to change the artist name from Goldrush to GoldRush.

Yes, Dusty and the Dreaming Spires is basically the new incarnation of Goldrush, with a new drummer (G having moved to California)

Answering my own question, I believe the Bennetts have now formed Dusty and the Dreaming Spires and are playing gigs (including at Truck in a week's time). Anyone confirm?

The Heart is the Place was one of the best albums of 2007 - but I'm not sure whether Goldrush haven't given up again. Anyone got any definite news? I'll ask around at Truck if I've not heard anything before...

Same Picture was also another good one, just listened to the single... With all the stuff what did chart back then i'm suprised this didn't.

Wide open sky should of really been a big hit... sad that it never got the recognition it deserved...

Any news on the next album? The Heart Is The Place is a masterpiece and needs a follow-up sometime soon.
