I should probably also add that the vinyl edition is a completely different recording from the CD version, so there are differences in performance between the movements across versions, which are often quite substantial. For instance, "The Sad Mafioso" is over five minutes longer on the CD.
@Skyline-r34: Most of the movements on the LP also appear on the CD; they just appear in a different order. "Nervous, Sad, Poor..." consists of all of "The Dead Flag Blues" as well as a movement from "East Hastings", plus a movement that does not appear on the CD. "Bleak, Uncertain, Beautiful..." consists of selected movements from "East Hastings" and "Providence". There are also movements that appear in the CD that do not appear on the LP - for example "Dead Metheny" from "Providence" has no counterpart on the LP.
