Gigantic Brain is an American duo which began as a one-man Drum-Machine Powered and project created by John Brown of Virginia in the early 2000s. It is very different from the majority of bands. Gigantic Brain bring a very heavy sound sound to the table, often inspired by science fiction and futuristic concepts. In 2012, after a 2 year hiatus from the project, Gigantic Brain became a duo with the addition of producer and multi-instrumentalist Mastin Simmons. As a duo they have begun further experimenting with and while retaining the roots of the project.
