    I'm not sure I can call this "cheesy". It's certainly poppy: bright, palatable and perhaps a little airy. But not trite. The time key changes and mood shifts (at one moment, driving minor pop piece, the next backed by a jazzy faux big band) adds an interesting texture to a piece that would otherwise be brought down by the anemic lead vocal. I'll keep listening, though. It's catchy enough for that, for sure.
