Currently Sonia is singing in the Dutch groups Caimán and Pan con Timba.
Caimán's latest release is "Somos caimán". Sonia Pérez is born on may 2nd 1969 in Camagüey in Cuba, she started her musical career at the age of ten with guitar lessons.
Soon after her first performance followed as a singer in the Casa de la Cultura in Camagüey.
Jerry Gonzalez is a New York based Latin Jazz artist. He plays trumpet and congas. The band is named after the very tough neighborhood where he and his brother Andy grew up. Andy plays bass and is in the band. It still is a tough neighborhood. Jerry Gonzalez was featured prominently in the film about Latin Jazz that was called "Calle 54".

Wayne Gorbea is a salsa/Afro Cuban jazz bandleader from the Bronx, New York. His parents are of Puerto Rican heritage. He taught himself piano by listening to Eddie and Charlie Palmieri records. He has always prominently featured trombones in his sound, and he has stuck to the "salsa dura" sound rather than the bland pop stylings of many at the top of the salsa charts.
