  • Great Opeth cover.
  • Such a lovely tune, I especially love the harmonies. This is certainly the better of the two tracks that Collins sang lead on during the Gabriel era.
  • Huh. Thanks for the background, BamBino1951. Gorgeous tune.
  • Does Phil provide all the vocals? He once described the song as something they attempted as a 3 or 4 part vocal thing that "didn't work". He may have just meant live with Mike and Tony, though.
  • Classic early Genesis - wonderful lyrics.
  • Nursery Cryme......classic
  • Really like this-really .
  • wait a minute. I just had to go check my original copy of the record to be sure that this is actually on Nursery Cryme. And sure enough it is. This is definitely Phil Collins. Anyone who saw Genesis from that era knows that when Peter Gabriel went back stage to change costumes between his lengthy theatrical performances knows that the continuity of the concert was sustained by either masterful instrumental solos by Tony Banks or these early Phil Collins vocals.
  • Only two guitars an a vocal by Phil.
