My Dad passed away today Aug. 3rd of 2008. He was a huge Garth fan. He had his own spin on the lyrics to this song. When he says......"I'm not big on social graces"......my Dad thought he said......."I'm not big on sausage gravy"!! HAHA!! So in honor of my Dad I sing it that way!! After his funeral, on my home......this song was playing on the radio when I started the car. I knew he wanted me to always remember our laughs and good times. And I do.......I really do. I miss and love you Dad. Rest in Love. [2] That's touching.

Garth Brooks may or may not have ruined country music... but if you don't love this song at least, there's something wrong with you.

Garth was the King of Country, just as Elvis Presley was the King of Rock 'n' Roll.

Garth is a rockstar not a country artist.
