Gabriele Ponte (or Gabry Ponte) (b. April 20th, 1973) is an Italian DJ best known for his membership in the Italian dance group Eiffel 65. Ponte has been involved with the Bliss Team, DJ Gundam, and Sangwara. With Eiffel 65’s rise to fame in the late 1990’s, his celebrity (or semi-celebrity) status was established, and he later went on to produce the Italian hits “Geordie” (A cover of Fabrizio de André`s song by the same name) and “La Danza delle Streghe”. Also to his credit are a number of re-mixes of popular dance songs. In 2005, Ponte announced he would be separating from Eiffel 65 to pursue solo work.

Gabry Ponte se narodil 20. dubna 1973 v Turinu.
Již ve svých 17 letech byl velice oblíbeným DJ na různých akcích a diskotékách ve svém rodném městě, dnes už je
známý po celém světě. Díky jeho demo nahrávce se o něm
dozvěděli lidé z Blisscorporation. Během osmi let v
Blisscorporation vytvořil více než 100 skladeb.
V roce 1999 založil společně s Maurem Lobinem a Jeffreym Jeyem skupinu Eiffel 65. Mezi největší hity patří Blue (Da Ba
Dee) a Move Your Body.
V listopadu 2001 Gabry publikuje svůj 1. song Got to Get jako sólový DJ a zajišťuje si tím 1. místo v italských hitparádách a
rádiích, jako třeba: Radio Deejay, Discoradio …
O dva měsíce později vydává svůj 2. song Time to Rock, který byl ještě lepší a úspěšnější než
Got to Get. Song byl ve velkých rotacích jak v rádiích, tak i na diskotékách.
