Vigilante is a brand new band from Victoria, BC playing original funk-metal protest music. The band was formed in the summer of 2008.
Some of the influences you can hear in our music include Primus, Rage, Public Enemy, and Hed P.E. along with a ton of other stuff.
Our mission is to perfect the art of playing funk-metal music, spread the message of freedom and peace through our lyrics and most of all to pour everything we have into our music and our live show.
We are in the midst of recording our first record “Civil Disobedience”, with which we hope to make a statement while at the same time blasting out some bad-ass funky beats.
