I´m surprised that there´s only one "oratorium"-title in the top15. Gotta admit it´s the only Funeral album I know well, but I cannot even remember listening to another album that fascinated me to this degree from the very first listen. Hard to imagine that there´s an even better Funeral record out there. Their debut was quite different from oratorium, is there anything similar in their discography? I would appreciate a message in my shoutbox, thank you very much in advance.

Does anyone know the name of the painting on the original cover of Tristesse? On the sleeve it says "A dying man commends his soul to God," but I haven't been able to find it under that name. Thanks in advance.

Is there any Doom Metal album similar to From These Wounds? It's the best i've ever heard in my whole life.

At least the vocals are a bit different. In all honesty they don't really do it for me either, but the riffs more than make up for that. Out of the gothic/funeral doom type bands (aka doom for pussies) this is one of the better bands i've heard.

How can I get the bonus track "Mother's Purgatory" from the "From These Wounds" album to scrobble properly ? When I listen to it , it is displayed as if it is being scrobbled, but then disappears after I start listening to another song .

A Poem For The Dead still remains one of the most impressive funeral doom song ever written. Sinister melodies, great guitar work, and real tortured and depressive vocals (not the Sliencer type shrieking vocals...)
