Fumie Kumatani (kanji: 熊谷文恵) (born Dec. 13, 1972), is a Japanese composer and is credited with the soundtracks of several highly successful videogames produced by Sonic Team, of SEGA. Her first production was the soundtrack for “NiGHTS Into Dreams…” in 1996. “Phantasy Star Online” and “Sonic Adventure” followed shortly after. She has recently contributed to the soundtracks for “Sonic and the Secret Rings,” “Sonic Unleashed” and “Sonic Colors.”
