After their 2006 hit album "George Mackerwillis", the inevitable happened and the band broke up.
This was followed by the unexpected death of Mike (My Balls/Your Face Records) in a horrible accident involving a claw and a stray choc.
Following the funeral and a distressing episode of schizophrenia in one of the five members of the notorious "Behind The Scenes Crew", two of the more dedicated crew now joined by Ed McCaine and Henry Forward formerly of "The Sharp Melons" fame reformed in an old warehouse to see if they could bring back the emotionally charged tour de force they formed back in the Mackerwillis years.
Not for the money.
Not for the groupies.
Not for the Toblat Retep.
But for the memory of Mike.
Following a successful signing to Slippy Snow Cone Records, the band released their follow-up album which proved to be a strong mover. After relishing in the glory of the album one last time, the third album was born. Three tracks were made, pushing the band in a new direction, redefining experimental music, redefining zouk and redefining what it truly meant to be a Foody Niney.
However, due to other musical commitments the band went on a long, long hiatus and the third album fell into Development Hell.
Recently, there has been whisperings around the water-cooler of a return to form for the band. The members were recently shown in a national musical magazine (unnamed due to copyright reasons) for the first time since the hiatus began. The Internet was abuzz with discussions of the possibility of the third album- "Radar O'Reilly"- coming to fruition.
