About this album

Fleetwood Mac’s 1997 concert film The Dance comes to DVD, presenting classics like “Rhiannon,” “The Chain,” “Go Your Own Way,” and “Tusk,” as well as newer songs like “Temporary One” and “Bleed to Love Her” in crystal-clear digital video and Dolby Digital Surround Sound. Though the disc is lacking in special DVD features, such as a discography or biographies, The Dance is a decent DVD that documents one of the ’90s most successful comebacks. ~ Heather Phares, Rovi

How on earth could they not include Gold Dust Woman? On the video, it's easily one of the better performences.

I was born the year "Rumours" came out so this album was my introduction to the band lol

You know, like a year and a half later, my opinion on this album REALLY turned around. Now I love pretty much everything on it. And I can't believe I'd never heard Go Insane before. That song is almost as good as I'm So Afraid.

Dixie Chicks over Stevie Nicks? You're insane. Dixie chicks do not even touch Stevie.

My Little Demon is an excellent song that is unfortunately not on any other album. Tusk has a lot of potential, except for the drum roll that completely ruins the flow of the song, and then the boring repetitive second half that kills it. Big Love and I'm So Afraid are improvements over the originals by far. Everything else is inferior to the studio versions on other, much better albums. Don't Stop drags on way longer than it should.

Dieses Album ist einfach nur spitze, es wurde mir 1999 bei einen einbruch gestohlen habe sehr darum getrauert, obwohl es sich um einen Materiallen wert handelt.

Some songs are great but I find that this album is way too volatile.

I thought this was good... when I was 10. It really doesn't do the band or their material justice.
