The particular style of Fitness Forever is marked by its charismatic singer and composer, the multi-instrumentist Carlos Valderrama, former leader of the group Valderrama 5. His music reminds the delicious Italian pop of the 60s, with exquisite arrangements and perfect melodies. The group has already been labeled as the Italian version of the Spanish band La Casa Azul .
