Adelaide, Australia

Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire! are a indie rock group from Adelaide, South Australia. They feature David Williams (vocals/guitar), Sam Stearne (drums), Caitlin Duff (vocals), Nathaniel Morse (guitar), Art Zinoviev (synth) and Josh Flavel (bass). Formed in 2006 into the vapid whirlpool era of fluro dance-punk, the quintet has since been impossible to pin down to any one sound or genre, opting for distinct stylistic strides between releases.

2007 saw F!SRF! release ‘Boy, Hush Yr Mouth, Grrl Bare Yr Teeth’, a confident and reassured EP that solidified their status in their hometown (as well as interstate) as South Australia’s next big thing. Produced by Matt Hills (the man behind Wolf & Cub’s ‘Vessels’) ‘Grrl…’ received positive reviews online, as well as in print media and on air.

‘War Coward’, released digitally in 2009, marks a bolder, more mature return for F!SRF! Showcasing the vocals of new member Caitlin Duff, ‘Coward’ displays the band as the sum of all its parts - part post-millennial angst/ part teenage rebellion set to ‘the war to end all wars’.

i really love their "You Seize The City, I'll Seize The Sky [EP]". "Sea Priest" is good, but i still prefer "You Seize The City, I'll Seize The Sky [EP]."
