    This is better than the Jon Brion version. Honestly, the Jon Brion's originals aren't better in every single case. Some of his are superior, some are not. Every time I hear that, I think people either listened to that one first, and held it to such a high standard that made it impossible for the official to live up to, or are just having hipster reflex syndrome and just HAVE to like everything in the unreleased version better. Not saying it's the case with everyone, but it certainly the knee-jerk reaction from many.
