About this album
Grand Unification is the first full length album by British rock quartet Fightstar, and was released on 19 March, 2006.
The album is reportedly inspired by Neon Genesis Evangelion with the track “Lost Like Tears In Rain” containing the last line, “It’s Neon Genesis”. The artwork also portrays scenes similar to that of the ruined cities in Evangelion.
“Hazy Eyes”, “Mono” and “Lost Like Tears In Rain” first appeared on the band’s debut EP They Liked You Better When You Were Dead and were re-recorded for the album.

no artist in this day and age would steal artwork for a commercially released record. they'd just get the shit sued out of them. Thus they paid an artist i've forgotten his name to do all the artwork for this album and singles etc. I've forgotten his name but he makes them all on his computer or something. They're really good. A fucking AWESOME album, don't let the fact that there's an ex-Busted member as a frontman. The album is lyrically sound with some rockin' riffs, and is recommended to everyone. Top Stuff, can't wait to see what the next album will be like.
