Kick EP (Review by Stephen Errity) HOTPRESS:
“Chris Geddes of Belle & Sebastian fame lends his ivory-tickling talents to the title track of this EP…It gets the record off to a delicate and melodious start …things are stepped up a little in later tracks, which see O’ Sullivan wind her way through an autobiographical narrative…hinting at a Pixies/Breeders-esque swagger…”

STATE MAGAZINE by Aoife McDonnell:
…”We found an honest, airy offering that sparkles in all the right places. It’s no wonder that the comparisons to Tanya Donnelly have already started because Femmepop (aka Margaret O’Sullivan) has a voice that you could listen to hours on end. The title track ‘Kick’ features Chris Geddes of Belle & Sebastian, lending a gentle, melodic start, setting the sincere, heartfelt tone for the rest of the EP.
