Biography

Music has to be made. Not by choice. Not by desire. It is a necessity. For the members of Fear the Fallen this is a way of life. Day in and day out they cannot escape their desire for music. The defining sounds of melodic lyrics, pounding drums, thumping bass and screaming guitars lingers in their souls. They have to set it free. Developed in Lancaster, Ohio a modern rock band, Fear the Fallen was formed in early January 2011. Mitch Lead vocals/guitar and Kris “Games” James drums/vocals rocked together for years touring the states and all around Ohio opening for such acts as Sevendust, Hinder, 10 years and even headlining shows at concert venues such as the Newport Music Hall and LC Pavilion in Columbus, Ohio with established band 7th Cycle. After 7 years, Mitch and Games decided to move on and create something fresh and new with modern rock. After parting w/ 7th Cycle in October 2010, Mitch reached out to a few other musicians. Finally, Games and Mitch found the key members to make it all work. Welcoming Ben Boice, guitar/vocals and Rob Collins bass/vocals, members whom had previously played with Mitch in the band Driven out of Chillicothe and the bands newest member, guitar player Jentzen Rohr. Now, a year later, the band has finally found it’s fit. Their first show of the year, just 2 months after replacing a bass player with Rob, and only 2 weeks after replacing a guitar player with Jentzen, Fear The Fallen played in front of over 1500 people at the Newport Music Hall in Columbus Ohio.
