Can you make it easier for me to understand
How you're holding my heart, in your trembling hands
Eyes that rise to meet me half way up among the stars
You may be from Venus, but I'm definitely not from Mars

The genius behind Fastball isn't their vast talents or lyrical prowess, it's all about their simplicity. They're just one of those bands who make songs that sound good :)

Rule of Rock #1: When in doubt, hire Billy Preston. It worked for The Beatles, and it worked for Fastball. Hell yes.

this song is nowhere as artistically strong as the way. I thought this whole album was much weaker. Keep your wig on is much more solid . Putting out a "Best of" album with only one solid album and two weak ones to their name is a career killer. Their lucky to be relevant at all.

I'm still baffled as to why this song didn't do well back in the day (the album too!) and why the company just let them go like that... ah well, they deserved so much more, really. great song

It doesn't matter how many times I've heard this; the piano at the beginning ALWAYS gives me a mild heart attack.
