There are several artists associated with the name Fantasia:
(1) Fantasia Monique Barrino, or simply Fantasia (born June 30, 1984 in High Point, North Carolina), an African-American rhythm and blues singer, who came to fame as the winner of the third season of the television series American Idol;
(2) A French symphonic power metal band, created by Willdric Lievin, who have since changed their name to Fairyland; and
(3) Finnish progressive rock band Fantasia, formed in 1973, who released their only album Rocks in 1988
(4) Czech rock group formed in Český Těšín (Stanislavice) which play fusion of hard and glam rock.
