I take that back partially. It's not as shit as I think. Just @1:50 in their new song is what they need to stop doing. It's really bad. But overall it's still disappointing with the direction that they are taking.

I'm done. I've tried to give them a chance and i'm actually pretty pissed. They sound like shit now. The song they just release sounds garbage. Thank you Adam for ruining the band. It sounds so bad and I don't know how people like it that are long time fans

I really dislike "KTHEAT". Sure, it's a stripped down sound that somewhat even remotely "Never Turn Out The Light To Keep Myself". I mean isn't that what everyone wanted anyway? However it's just too stripped down for me. The instrumental work is incredible - they never let me down. They just really needed a producer for this album. They shouldnt've self-produced it. "Witness" was a great start for what could've become something else, you know? I understand they couldn't truly finance hiring another producer but they could've honestly just waited. Releasing a new album in less than a year is rather haste. Then again they've released something new every year since 2009.

Yeah, I like the old vocals as well but I kinda dig his new style. Also, I have to say that I really liked the unity between Hiro's and Adam's vocals in this song.

Their new song.........what the fuck lol. I know their older stuff was fast pace like this one but Hiro at least bring back the same clean vocals.

New album KTHEAT (I'm guessing Kazuki Takahiro Hiro Eiji Adam Tomohiro) out March 4th in Japan (which means a leak will be around then also). Has Witness even been made available internationally yet?

v I feel exactly the same.. it sounds too much like western bands to me, but we can't really blame them for moving on after so many years

Witness is actually growing OFF me. Adam does have way too much vocal time. For years & years Hiro's voice has been an identifying feature of their music, that almost held the band's sound together - even if they were trying something new, as soon as he came in it sounded familiar and right. When Adam sings it stops sounding like FACT, and subconsciously I've found my fav moments of the album to be the ones where he keeps his mouth shut. I think I read somewhere that they now consider themselves to have two vocalists... so my hopes are waning.

Witness is really good, not too big a fan of Adam's vocals though. Think they're just a tad overused. Can see myself growing to really like Ape after a while though haha

Just listened to both sides of the FACT / Nature Living split. I forgot how good this damn split is. Fact + Nature Living is an amazing combo even if they sound different.
