Exit Tahiti formed in the spring of 2005 featuring former members from a number of bands from the U.K and Australia. Performing their first gig in September 2005, the band has progressed from Indie-Rock popsters to something less classifiable.
Having garnered much praise in the Berkshire music scene in England, the band released their full-length debut album ‘The Silence Between’ in December 2006, showcasing a more mature, fully realised sound and a distinct progression of the song-based approach found on early E.P. ‘Escape Suburbia’.
