Ex Models were formed in 2000 in Brooklyn, New York by Shahin Motia, Shahyar Motia, Jake Fiedler and Mike Masiello. After releasing the Talking Heads-esque Other Mathematics in 2001, they took a brief break while members attended college.   • So Ex Models played Chrome Panthers in full at the Deerhunter-curated All Tomorrow's Parties. Which wasn't my favourite album by them but well, it might be now. Here's a video I shot of Headlines http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GzbxMG71lM There's one of That's Funny… too and I shot one more but was too busy rocking out that I pretty much just filmed the tops of their heads (not very interesting to watch). Besides some of their friends came out and filmed 'Chrome Hearts' which looked great, hopefully that footage will be online sometime soon.
