Father of mine
Tell me where have you been?
You know I just closed by eyes
My whole world disappeared

Never understood you dad, now I guess I never will. =/ Such a shame that so many people, including myself, can relate to this song. Makes me proud that I'm a dedicated father though.

If my dad gave me a 5 dollar bill for my birthday, I'd be pretty happy...as compared to what he usually gives (hint: NOTHING).

July 4, 2010...my biological father was admitted to the hospital for the last time. A lifetime's worth of hard partying and not taking care of himself led to a preventable cycle of heart failure. He owed his five-figure debts, which he tried to dodge by vanishing and working under the table. Up until the end, he was still cheerful, amible, fun-loving...and completely without a shred of good sense. Thank you, Everclear. Your old man must have been a lot like mine.
