    I know what you mean Cristy...i like that in music. A lot of the Beatles songs had "jaded" lyrics....but the tunes were always so upbeat

    for some reason Everclear music reminds me of the beach too, but if you listen to the lyrics they are sooo jaded and angry! lol most of his songs are about drugs, divorce, bad parents, hating his baby momma and shit like that! Its just the music not the lyrics that are "happy" lol
