Well I was born an original sinner
I was born from original sin
And if I had a dollar bill for all the things I've done
There'd be a mountain of money piled up to my chin

When I was a teenager my mom started going to a Mormon church. I'd conviniently have this playing when the elders came over. Those poor little Mormon boys. It embarrassed the hell out of them. XD

Absolutely mind blowing pop from Annie and friend, remarkable power and energy and the interjection of the fabulous Rosemary Butler on backing vocals makes this one to savour, fantastic

Very strong powerful song, great beat, drums being hammered and of course Annie belting it out :)

i actually used to dislike this song, as well as the whole revenge era. i fell in love with eurythmics as a mysterious synth pop band but beneath the bombastic cosmetics of this song is a very prominent mysterious and dark undercurrent. and it also sounds pretty badass. even with a harmonica. yeah, i love it loads now.
