Raindancer (4:14)

Cover of Raindancer

From Raindancer

Erutan ~ “With so many nations without water and a way to water crops, rain equates to life itself in importance. In parched areas, the people, the animals and even the land itself celebrate at the first drops of precious liquid from the sky. This is not a song about a plea to call forth the rain, but rather a song of celebration and dance for when the rain finally comes.

As I recorded this almost two years ago, it is the oldest recording of the album. I wanted to re-record it, but something about this recording, even with all its flaws is very special. Unrepeatable. I decided not to touch it.”

Instruments Used: recorder, harp, violen, zills, tambourine, frame drum, djimbe, doumbek
