Eric Torsen is a dj, producer, musician. He has been djing for fifteen years so far and he worked for dozens of clubs across all over Europe (Italy, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and many more…). 2009 has been the global success year for this multifaceted producer: each one of his released singles reached the top ten charts at Beatport.com (with genres ranging from the purest techno to the electro with minimal influences going through progressive and tech-house). Thanks to the success of his latest productions he earned a very prestigious place into the worldwide reference chart for djs at thedjlist.com. As a matter of fact Eric is now classified around the 250th position between the world's biggest djs. Meanwhile he also earned the respect and aknowledgement from promoters, prs and club owners worldwide which whom he always devoleped a relationship based on mutual respect and friendship.
His latest singles have been broadcasted by hundreds of Radio Stations scattered across the globe; between them it is possible to recite some of the most important national Radios, such as:
BBC (United Kingdom) - Triple J (Australia) – Petofi Radio (Unghery) – DR (Denmark).
With the worldwide spreading of his music he reached a very large audience always eager to attend to his dj sets; his eclectic style has also encounterd the likes of some of the most famous world djs like Umek, Valentino Kanzyani, Carl Cox, Sven Vath, and many others…
As a musician he achieved excellent goals:
Eric studied for years classical composition, electric and acustic guitar, piano and, despite the fact he's only 27 years old, he gained two different master degrees in the musical field:
1- Full Score Musicology Degree at Milan National University
2- Recording Arts Bachelor (Honours) at London Middlesex University
Furthermore he received a Sound Engineer Graduation at the prestigious private college SAE.
At the end we can definitely say he's a man who gave his soul, life and heart to the most aereal of the seven arts: Music!!!
