Formed in 1994 by members of Cornerstone, Fastbreak set out to play their own style of hardcore. With an average age of fifteen, the four piece released a demo and several seven inches on local labels before finding a home on Boston's Big Wheel Recreation.

In My Eyes were a Boston Hardcore band that helped lead the late 90's Youth Crew & Straight Edge revivals in the States. Along with bands like Ten Yard Fight, Floorpunch, Reinforce, the Trust and Atari they began building on the more traditional Hardcore sound that bands like Rain on the Parade & 97a had been working hard to help survive through the 90's Chugga Chugga dominance.
There are at least two bands with the name Strife a) Strife is a Hardcore/metalcore band from Los Angeles, California. Their first LP, One Truth, was released in 1994 by Victory Records to both critical acclaim and tremendous sales.
From Richmond, Virginia, Count Me Out were a straight edge hardcore punk band formed in 1997. They released one extended player on Ambassador Records (CD)/Malfunction Records (US vinyl)/Crapchord Records (EU vinyl) and two long players on Indecision Records.
Damnation A.D. first came together in 1993, led by songwriter/guitarist Ken Olden and singer Mike "DC" McTernan. They used their DC punk roots to create an ultra-heavy, dark metallic that became that template for future generations of metal and hardcore bands. DAD's first full-length came out in 1995, and they put out three other releases before calling it a day.
Earth Crisis are a Vegan Straight Edge Metalcore band from Syracuse, New York that have recorded and are still performing. They are perhaps best known for their political activism, particularly their views on the environment and animal rights. Earth Crisis were the band responsible for bringing these issues to the forefront of the hardcore scene in the mid-nineties.
Warzone was a hardcore punk band from New York City. Anti-racist skinhead frontman Raymond "Raybeez" Barbieri was the group's only consistent member between its formation on the Lower East Side of Manhattan in 1982 until Barbieri's untimely death due to pneumonia on September 11, 1997.
