To me, whenever I listen to it, feel as if this song is deeply touching on the afterlife and going back into your original state of being. Reaching nirvana, heaven, the door in between, whatever you may call it. The title 'Beyond the Invisible' reaffirms this, as well as the lyrics, "It is real and not a dream.. It is time to break the chains of life". If you listen closely to the song, they begin to chant in latin, a characteristic of Enigma's songs, once more touching on the mystical, the afterlife.
Love Enigma. Play their albums all the time. Like Persius in Medussa's lair, I have to turn my gaze aside whenever opening the CD case. I always feel I'm coming down with lung cancer every time I see Michael Cretu. Count the number of pictures where he isn't sportin' a burning cancer stick between his fingers. It's not the Chinese creating all that air pollution. It's Michael puffin' his Camel workin' on a new album! Why do great artists all have this death wish? Guess it comes the way their noggin's wired. If your an Enigma fan, enjoy his music while you can.
