During 2008 Jark Zilverentant joined on drums and Tessa Freeke on violin making the band complete, stronger and ready for rehearsals. Not long after the rehearsals the first gigs were played and in the summer of 2008 the recording of the band’s debut album commenced. Two weeks of non-stop recording, and months of mixing and mastering resulted in Encorion’s debut: ‘Facing History and Ourselves’. Short time passed since the completion of the album when Encorion signed a record deal with Sleaszy Rider Records in September 2010.
Now, with the release of ‘Facing History and Ourselves’, Encorion is conquering the stages, to present their material to you and to call you to battle!
