    PS @ All The Tool Drones ...This is not even close to being comparable to Tool . So forget it . They are NOT a Tool drone clone . Tool's music is much more schizoid and frantic , And unless I am missing something they are a complete different genre and not trip - hop .

    LostChord_Mark Huge thanks for this ! My recent ( Last year or so ) endeavors in Shoegaze would have kept me from finding this incredible music . And I LOVE trip - hop . Extremely cool mashup @ pohet That may be the case . But from my experience with listening to Tool ,I hear nothing that even comes close to compare . I like this guy's voice better . Heck I like this song better than almost any Tool song you could name .

    I consider this song a slight exaggeration. And it is far cry from what Maynard does, not in a bad way though.

    I agree - why do we even compare the sounds/voice to maynard or tool or even apc? There are comparisons - sure - but these are two different monsters all together - I guess the mind relates the closest to something and we instantly compare it - Understandable - but really isn't needed. Listen to the music more closely - just like you have done to the band/singers you compare them to and you will find they are different - I'm a huge tool/maynard fan - and I think he's a genius. Let's just enjoy this amazing music that there is :) Eric is a mastermind at creating music as well.

    I think it's hilarious how everyone tries to compare bands/singers with more popular bands. I guess that's how the mind works, but can't you guys just appreciate (or not) music for what it is when you hear it without trying to label or compare it to something else?

    Loving this. I think it sounds vaguely like Maynard, but not a whole lot. I bet this band listened to Tool/APC, but then I think they succeeded in in creating their own sound off this. It's not exactly like Tool, nor do I think it's as good as Tool, but it's one of the closest I've heard in terms of skill.

    I wonder if he smokes weed. There shouldn't be comparing in this sense at all to Maynard and his many (AMAZING) productions. Eric Johanson...should be standing next to Maynard, no better yet...Playing next to TOOL or A Perfect Circle. Absolutely glorious music.

    Love this...this is last.fm is all about! Finding new shiznit! I am digging this like a mutha fukken grave! Don't hear the Maynard tho...maybe the production reminds ppl of APC enough to compare the twos voices. But keep in mind that both MJK and Billy H sing lead on APC. Again the production/sound could be whats leading those statements. I wish I was smoking something right now while listening to this!
