Biography

Emphatic is an American Hard Rock band from Omaha, Nebraska. The band signed to Atlantic Records and began recording their album with Howard Benson in June 2010.

There is another artist called Emphatic, a 19 year old Hip-Hop rapper from Stavanger, Norway, who has been rapping for about 3 years now. He has performed many shows which range from the infamous Xplosif Festival to rocking a prom night. He would say his inspirations are mostly Kanye, Talib Kweli and Common. He is passionate about putting his soul into his songs every time.

He has said that he has worked with a lot of talented cats like Hodepine, Riggs, New Sense, Noodles, Gimmik and Paws from Get Some Records.

There was also a Canadian band called Emphatic from Oshawa, Ontario. They began together in highschool in 2003 and played a number of local shows while in existence. They recorded and released a 7-track self titled EP in 2004. They began work on a new album that was never completed and disbanded in 2007.
