Emma Forman and Dusty Valentino met in the 60s in Honduras, where they worked as part of an underground movement tasked with overthrowing the government. They did,so they came home. In 1972, Emma and Dusty (by then a crack commando unit), were sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn’t commit. These men and women promptly escaped a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire Emma Forman and Dusty Valentino. They are available for weddings, christenings and Bar Mitzvahs. Emma Forman: (vocals/guitar) Emma served in both the Vietnam and Korean Wars. She is a master tactician and an able street fighter. She is nicknamed after the famous General who utilised unconventional tactics, just like Emma. When not playing with Dusty, Emma likes to act, usually in monster movies. Dusty Valentino: (vocals/guitar) Dusty Valentino was Emma’s pilot in Vietnam, and considered one of the best pilots in the war. Before joining the army, Dusty was part of an elite group of pilots called The Thunderbirds. After the war, Dusty broke down and went insane. He entered the veterans’ hospital and remained there until 1986 when he was deemed sane and released. Over the last few years Emma and Dusty have been gigging solidly around Scotland, including supporting the likes of Midge Ure, Fish and Frank Turner. Turn ons: Guitars, music, alcopops. Turn offs: Floods, locusts.
