Emir Bey is a chamber music ensemble founded by Mr. Emir Aksoy in 2007. Since then, the group performed on various occasions and has collaborated with a wide range of local and international musicians. Alongside Aksoy’s own compositions, the band has chosen to interpret known and unknown pieces and songs of their liking (in other words, it’s always pleasure and never business for them). In short, this is the effort of several people from distinct musical backgrounds to comfort their listeners while they reach out for something zen for themselves.
