1.Elusive 1997 - 2009

“Elusive is the quintessential modern goth band. Each album showcases strong, focused songwriting and is filled with modern goth classics that champion the legends themselves.
The band’s sound is a satisfying mix of melodic vocals, guitars and complementing synths. Their sound is infectious and sounds like absolutely nothing else out there.

Elusive made quite an entrance with Destination Zero, a critical success that completely deserves it. The Great Silence was the next step, allowing Elusive to perfect their sound. Their final album, Locked Doors, Drinks and Funerals, is a fitting end to this unsung legend.”

The lead singer of Elusive, Jan Kenneth Barkved passed away in October 2009
