I'm with PFGrifter on this one. It's a good cover, but it doesn't really change anything from the Anthologies version (which it's obviously based off of). It's still good, though.

Whenever someone covers The Beatles, I always wince out of reflex. However, the very first time I heard Elliott's arrangement of this song, during the credits of American Beauty, I almost cried, it was so beautiful. That was my introduction to Elliott Smith. He instantly became one of my favourite artists of all time.
