This seems like the kind of music where in some movies the "soon to be hero" master dies, and plays this as a sadness part of the storyline.

Played this piece in high school orchestra, but never fully appreciated it as I do now. A true masterpiece.

Grieg's combination of the whole of the orchestra is simply masterful.............

asagidakiler, size diyorum, ilgilenin benimle. which means: i often listen to this song whenever one of my beloved ones dies. you and i will make company. will have good times and also bad times. we will call each other, we will care for each other. will make foolish wrongs to each other and when the time will come i will declare you as my beloved one. and you will die. am looking forward your death. then i will settle on my rocking chair and will reckon with the memories as they surface in a flood, in flashbacks, in unexplained tears, in special sensitivity or in gut level. this track will start to play then. it's always been like that.
