Dutch RnB vocalist Edsilia Rombley has represented her country at the Eurovision Song Contest twice. Her first appearance resulted in a fourth-place finish in 1998, with the Dutch-language “Hemel en aarde” (“Heaven and Earth”, later translated into English as “Walk on Water”), while 2007’s English-language “On top of the World” (Dutch title “Nooit meer zonder jou” - “Never Again Without You”) failed to qualify for the final.
