It needed to grow on me as well, but I think it was not a bad idea going in a different direction. loving the 5 bonus tracks, I almost expected them to be that good lol. From the regular album "Bricks And Mortar" and "Eat Raw Meat = Blood Drool" are outstanding, but the others getting better n better...

Because this last album just sounds like their earlier stuff, but more 70's/early 80's OMD/Human League/Section 25/Fad Gadget/etc. influenced than their older Chameleons/Echo and the Bunnymen/The Church/The Sound/etc influenced material. It's still Post-Punk revival, just in a different direction. I think it sounds pretty cool so far. That first track would have been right at home on Wire's "154".
