  • There are various versions of this around, and I'm never certain which one Last.Fm and/or Spotify are actually giving me. I'm currently listneing to a version lasting 9.42 minutes which seems to be the version I particularly remember. Spotify has it as coming from some overview Album.
  • More than just a spectacularly talented piano player, compoiser and arranger. He reinterpreted MANY compositions and made them his own. He kept on doing so for more years than most. A true father of jazz. Wonderful!!!
  • Always lifts me to hear Hines tackling this tune.
  • The track I've actually "loved" is an 8 minute effort on an album called "An evening with Earlo Hines and Nils-Bertiil Dahlander".
  • Like Art Tatum his command of the piano is so advance he can make it sound like a Wurlizter at times. Other than that, he sounds very different that Art. He's our Fatha : p
