Honestly I only liked Ventricle but the Drum n Bass sound on the earlier releases started to grow on me.

"I did revisit Ventricle after listening to Blur Vent" — Same here. I had always disliked Ventricle compared to earlier work, but after Blur Vent I tried it again and suddenly it was beautiful!

Ya it definitely is a slower paced album than his prior Dryft releases but that is fine by me. Both styles are enjoyed by my ears. :) I did revisit Ventricle after listening to Blur Vent and perhaps I was a prisoner of the moment when I said Blur Vent might be his best Dryft release yet because damn Ventricle has some really amazing tunes. Marked Velotin and Knives As Gifts are just so good!
