I've always disliked LaBrie's singing. He's alright, but he always seemed to me the weak link in this band. But after listening to this album a few times through, I really wish the rest of the band would shut the fuck up and let LaBrie do the singing. If Labrie can't do death grunts, then either get a guest vocalist, or just don't do them. Portnoy sucks ass behind the mic.
