DJ Mooner or Mooner and Dompteur Mooner started working with DJ Hell in 1998, designing his Munich Machine Tour. It happened so that Hell heard the music he and Splank as Zombie Nation did. The rest is history - Zombie Nation´s Kernkraft 400 became a Top Ten hit in many european countries. It stayed No.2 in the UK for six weeks.
