División Urbana is a Nicaraguan rock band formed in 1999 and reaching international acknowledgement with their hit “Cuando La Mañana”. By blending Nicaraguan flavor and culture to their lyrics, its one of the nation’s top musical groups that claims “No Covers” by playing their own songs. Their first single in 1999 “Si te digo que acabó” used postpunk influence and shot them to the top tens in national radio stations. With that hit, the band was requested to play in cafes and events such as concerts.

The band consists of Orlando Marco (guitar & vocal), Noel Noguera (drums), and Ben Benoit (bass). Through their music, they intend to bring national pride and conscience to their audience, mostly adolescents, priding in their roots.
