Moscow, Russia (2001 - )

Dissociactive is a russian psytrance group founded by Vyacheslav Iskanyan in 2001.
The project originally started out as an experiment between Vyacheslav and his friends Varik Gleb, Michael Aleshin and Pavel Sorokovov.

The progress was slow until 2003 when the israeli label DooF released two releases which involved members of Dissociactive. At this point in time, Iskanyan and Varik Gleb where the main contributors behind the project. They then came in contact with the well-known Psychedelic musician Alex Parasense, which led to them gaining more exposure and prominence in the trance scene.

Later, Iskanyan would get in contact with Evgeny Martynov, a member of the russian reggae-dub band Dub TV. He would join the group. At this point the group was becoming well-known, not only in Russia but also worldwide. In 2005 the group’s debut album [album]Block Out[/album] was released by AcidDance records. In 2009 the group released Underwater Lab for free, and then in 2010 the follow up to Block Out, [album]Total Transformation[/album] was released by Sun Station
