Rising from the ashes of DC's notorious Full Minute of Mercury, Die Manic, featuring Tom Benca, Dan Cord, Matty Wycoff, and Chris Dixon (of FMHg fame) and Bito Mann (from LA based Arithmetic of War) is the split personality/evil twin of their female-fronted synth-pop predecessor.
The band, which translates literally to,"The Manic," live up to their name by combining metal, hardcore, rock, and pop in a way that can only be described as bi-polar. Think old school Anthrax and Megadeth meets Killswitch Engage. And when you're done mulling that over, stop thinking completely - because between the tastefully interjected hook choruses and Bito's frenetic and unpredictable scream/sing vocals, there simply isn't a logical point of comparison to the band.
