Biography
“Die Streuner” is a German Folk band, which was founded by Robert Kempen and consists of Kempen himself, Carsten Hickstein, Matin Seifert, Matthew Rouse and Miriam Petzold.
They usually play at mediaeval events and conventions, but also at private events.
Most of their works are rearrangements of songs from the past, ranging from the dark ages to the late 19th century. The lyrics’ contents range from boozery over war to love and carnal desires.
