    Currently comparing this to Frank Sinatra's version of the song from 1958 for a class assignment. It's amazing how Dexter managed to take an already melancholy song and just saturate it with even more emotion than Frank did.

    while listening to dexter blow...one of two images often come to mind: one of him grabbing a smoke between sets...you know the one--it's a jazz classic. The other is of him standing in a phone booth in some european city...phone to his ear with the biggest grin on his face. I always wonder who he was talking to and what she said that made him appear so child-like and happy.
